MyPass Global is a workforce management system that has fundamentally reshaped the way workforces are engaged and managed.  Founded in 2013 by Matt Smith, MyPass addresses a  universal problem – worker compliance – that can lead to injuries and fatalities when poorly managed.

At its core MyPass is a work passport where workers can upload and store their quals. MyPass verfies the quals, ensuring the worker has the right skills, for the right job. For employers, it provides peace of mind, enabling them to onboard permanent and contract workers, manage compliance and reduce risk. For sectors such as resources, utilities, aged care and volunteers, MyPass is rapidly becoming the platform of choice to connect the supply chain, reducing costs by up to 70% and delivering the right workers, with the right skills to create safer work environments.

Today MyPass is deployed across the resources and aged care sectors in Australia and New Zealand, with teams working from offices in Perth and Sydney.
